Right Steps seated fitness


Every Tuesday 11.00 to 12.30 at the chapel

FREE gentle seated (and optional standing) exercise for all-round health and wellbeing.

  • A short time of peaceful relaxation.

  • A few verses from the Bible and a brief "Thought for the day" from this.

  • A time to chat or ask questions over teas and coffees.
